Chime... well Chime it from a game with a really long name. here goes. She's from Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King. She is the the king's/player's Chancellor of the kingdom. It is a wii ware game. I thought she was pretty sexy so drew here. but her outfit sucked to draw that is why it's not that good. Also she is a half Selkie, half Clavat girl.
